We provided Project Management and Business Coaching in collaboration with our partners, Height PM to support this targeted and highly impactful programme of work.

This kaupapa was aimed at increasing the diversity of government suppliers of goods and services. With the overall goal of supporting sustainable, long-term behavioural change of government agencies and businesses procurement practices.

The scope included helping businesses to improve their systems, processes and practices to increase market intelligence, sales pursuits, bidding and delivery success.

A key outcome was $30 million in contracts won, as a result of participation in the programme.
